Local Law 84: also known as the NYC Benchmarking Law, requires owners of large buildings (over 25,000 square feet) to annually measure and disclose their energy and water consumption using the EPA's ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager tool. 

Local Law 33: Requires buildings over 25,000 square feet in NYC to publicly display Building Energy Efficiency Rating labels, based on their ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager score, with letter grades A-D. 

Local Law 97: is a critical part of New York City’s Climate Mobilization Act, aiming to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in buildings, particularly large properties. Focused on addressing energy inefficiencies in Rent Regulated properties, this law sets specific carbon emissions limits and mandates energy efficiency measures for compliance.

Local Law 87:  part of the city’s Greener, Greater Buildings Plan (GGBP), requires large buildings to undergo periodic energy audits and retro-commissioning to improve energy efficiency. Enacted in 2009, the law applies to buildings over 50,000 square feet or groups of buildings on a single lot exceeding 100,000 square feet

Local Law 88: is a key component of New York City’s efforts to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, particularly in large commercial buildings.

Enacted under the city's Greener, Greater Buildings Plan (GGBP), the law mandates improvements in two primary areas: (1) lighting systems and (2) sub-metering for large buildings.
